Terri Patton is a full time Realtor who consistently goes Above and Beyond for her clients. Terri is honest, knowledgeable, reliable and hard working. Terri has lived in South Charlotte for 21 years. She was a board member on multiple HOA Boards, Mayor Pro Tem for a local town, and created and volunteered as Race Director for the Run for the Ridge which supports five local schools. Working with multiple municipalities, Terri is very knowledgeable about the towns in South Charlotte.

Terri was on the 2016 and 2017 Associates Leadership Council (ALC) for the #1 Keller Williams Agency in the World. She was also on the 2016 REBIC Board of Directors.
